I was struggling at my specialist trainee interview especially with my ability to provide a succinct response to questions pertaining to my personal attributes. On the recommendation from my consultant I then had coaching sessions with Kirsten. The most wonderful thing about her coaching is that Kirsten has this ability to recognize the exact amount of coaching that one requires. She also provided me with a great insight into the attributes that the panel is looking for and how to present those characteristics in a comprehensive manner. By the end of my last session I regained all my confidence that I had lost earlier. Thanks in large part to Kirsten I have now managed to get a national training number in one of the most competitive specialities in medicine
