The Therapies Team at HEFT has used Kirsten to provide leadership training for several years. Kirsten’s approach is flexible and individualised, she works closely with us to tailor courses to meet the needs of our teams and takes the trouble to find out about our services to make sure her courses deliver most impact. We have jointly developed the content of on line learning materials as well as face to face courses. Feedback from delegates has been consistently positive. Staff come away from courses with actions they can put into practice. Team leads can also see the impact of what has been delivered in team working and leadership behaviour.
