I recently attended a course run by Kirsten on facilitating groups. Kirsten made the training very practical and full of advice and tips which easily translate into practice. The two day course was very well planned and covered a lot of useful material. Kirsten is very personable and welcomes your input as a delegate. Techniques learned have been well received when I have used them in my training sessions. Thank you Kirsten.

I would welcome the opportunity to recommend Kirsten. I spent time working with Kirsten on preparing for my NHS Consultant interview. A lot was riding on this interview and there was little room for error. Kirsten was able to develop my skills to a high standard and tailor it very specifically to my particular interview. The feedback from my successful interview was excellent, I have since recommended Kirsten personally to colleagues who have also gone on to be successful at very competitive NHS interviews.

I was struggling at my specialist trainee interview especially with my ability to provide a succinct response to questions pertaining to my personal attributes. On the recommendation from my consultant I then had coaching sessions with Kirsten. The most wonderful thing about her coaching is that Kirsten has this ability to recognize the exact amount of coaching that one requires. She also provided me with a great insight into the attributes that the panel is looking for and how to present those characteristics in a comprehensive manner. By the end of my last session I regained all my confidence that I had lost earlier. Thanks in large part to Kirsten I have now managed to get a national training number in one of the most competitive specialities in medicine

The Therapies Team at HEFT has used Kirsten to provide leadership training for several years. Kirsten’s approach is flexible and individualised, she works closely with us to tailor courses to meet the needs of our teams and takes the trouble to find out about our services to make sure her courses deliver most impact.
